Classroom Rules:
1. Take your seat upon enterint the room.
2. Listen and ask questions if you do not understand.
3. complete all assignments and return on time.
4. NO "Put downs".
5. NO gum.
6. No backpacks in the classroom.
7. The teacher will dismiss you, NOT the bell.
Students who follow the rules will receive these positive consequences:
1. Words of praise and thanks for a good job.
2. Written notes to parents and office.
3. Email to parents.
When Students choose not to follow the rules, they will receive the followeing negative consequences:
1. Verbal warning.
2. Second warning and isolation for 1 class period.
3. Lunch detention and/or behavior report (BR) is issued for parent signature. Child is also required to send his/her parents an email telling them what he/she did.
4. Disciplinary reports (DR) will be issued for repeated inapporpriate behavior.
5. SEVERE BEHAVIOR - sent IMMEDIATELY to office to see Ms Cook or Mr. Madden.
